My condolences to Pete's family and friends. At the Top of his Game, Pete had remarkable style! The same day as my parents, Summer 1976, Pete's beautiful wife Peggy and their three fun loving cute kids.. Jack, Rob and Patti.. moved into SandCastle 1 in Indian Shores, FL. Pete and Peggy went on to develop SandCastle II, La Concha Shopping Center, SandCastle III, Reef Club, Port Royale and other places.
