Mr. Stockel was ONE OF THE GREATS! I had a fine to pay and didn´t have the money so they were going to keep me in custody he paid my fine . He represented me when I had no one to turn to and never looked for repayment. What a genuinely caring man . One in a million he was. God Bless his soul.
