Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry about John´s untimely passing. I first met John at my sister´s wedding in 1985. I married into an Italian family the very next year and became acquainted with Rinaldo and Anna. My memory of John was how nice he was. Redheaded, cute, shy, and always with a smile. The last time I saw John was at his wedding. My heart goes out to his family at this time. I pray for you often.

i am very sorry to hear this news. i worked in the arcade at Charley´s Crab, in the fine dining area. john´s bakery was downstairs and it was the first place where i had ever tasted a Boston creme pie. i actually met john through my "boyfriend" at the time, who was the head kitchen chef at charley´s. i had heard of john because the arcade was a tight community of employees regardless of where you worked & he had been diagnosed with hodgkins (or non-hodgkins) at a very young age. when we moved...

On behalf of the family of Leonard & MaryLou Diaspro, Lenny, Maria, & Mark we send our deepest sympathies to your family on the loss of Johnny. He and Lenny were especially close as they both worked at the bakery & had a most special friendship. He is free of the burdens & sicknesses of this life. May his Eternity allow him to rest in healthy peace and be reunited with those who have gone before him. We loved you Johnny. The DIASPRO families.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Sue, Casey and Family, I´m saddened to learn of John´s passing. His exceptionally kind and gentle personality combined with his intense love for his family and friends will be missed by many. He truly was one of the good ones!! May you find some comfort and peace as you face the difficult days ahead knowing how very much John was loved and the many people he touched with his positive and joyful attitude. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Jennifer Thompson

John and I were classmates at Precious Blood Elementary School. What a kind, funny and all-around-good kid he was, a friend to everyone. Sometimes it seems like a century ago, other times like yesterday. Rest well, old friend.

Dear Sue, Casey, Anna, Rinaldo, Nancy, Linda, Sherry I just want you all to know that John and your entire family meant the world to me. As the fat only/lonely child that grew up across the street, John had always treated me as a little brother and all of you as part of your family. I am so grateful that he was a part of my life and I will forever remember & miss him. My condolences and love to you all. Hank Israel
