Not sure what to say?

To all of Grandpa Jacks family - We are deeply saddened by the passing of Grandpa. My heartfelt sympathies to all. We will truly miss him. About 3 weeks ago, Tom, the boys and I came across some hunting pictures. These were the best times for my boys! Hunting with their dad, grandpa, and grandpa jack. And they never lacked excitement, and laughter, when they were around Grandpa Jack and grandpa! The stories they told when they got home, WOW. We will miss his ornery smile, the twinkle in...

Your spirit will always be in Ashfork like sparks in the night, where my memories of you are, with the late night preperations for a full day of fun for all who visited for the biggest and best 4th of July parties. Always giving, never taking. I love you and will miss you. Kari

Jack..a man who knew how to be kind, caring, funny, serious, loving, playful, and was a darn good cook! He made an beautiful impression on everyone he ever came in contact with. I will never forget him and was glad to be part of his family. My deepest sympathy to you Joan(Mom), and to the whole family. Jack you will be greatly missed....

I can't put into words all I have gained growing up with Grandpa. I'll never forget the time we shared together at the cabin hunting/relaxing and generally goofing off. He was a magnificent man and will be deeply missed.

He was one of the finest men I will ever know. Farewell Jack Strayer but not goodbye.
My heart to the family.

Joan, so sorry to hear about Jack. Always thought of you on your anniversary as it was 1 day after Roger & I. With deepest sympathy to you and your family. Jan Young

We will also miss you Grandpa Jack. It was our pleasure to have met such a great man! We will miss your presence in Ashfork. Thanks for the memories. My condolences to the Strayer family.

GRANDPA, MY VERY BEST FRIEND AND HUNTING BUDDY! WE'LL MISS YOU MORE THAN WORDS COULD EVER SAY.
