John Sundlie

I am going to miss John. We lived right next door to each other on Ironwood Drive in Green Bay for a number of years. He was the most gentle and kindest man that I have ever met. I would stop in and visit him over the years, and he was never too busy to sit and talk for a while. It was an honor to be able to encourage him, pray for him, and share with him all that Jesus had done for and meant to me. My life was better and more full because I met and knew John. He will certainly be missed.

I have known John since our Mason City days 1970. He was the godfather for our daughter and we shared may fun times over the years. Going on bike rides thru east park, bowling on the Nielsen team together, meeting at the Poodle for a beer, visiting him in Atlanta when went to get pizza and he pulled back in the car port because it had 1/4 inch of snow on the street.
