Not sure what to say?

Eight years what seems like a lifetime ago now have passed since you moved on from this world leaving many of us behind along with it. Your absence is felt even still today many years since your passing. We miss you now and always. May we meet again in another life in a place much better and more beautiful than the one we all will one day leave behind just as you did so many years ago. You are in my thoughts on this day and on many other days. This world isn't the same without you.

John (or "Jaja" as I referred to him) was my Grandfather. He and my Grandmother Stacia ("Bachi") both played a big part in raising me due to my parents having to work long hours to make ends meet. I have many wonderful memories from over the years that I won't soon forget. We all will miss his unique way of telling stories of his life, a classic Suty trait, and may his soul rest in peace. God Bless, Uncle John. Love, Theresa, Chris & family

Creating a new home in America for the family overseas was a big responsibility for one person. As a classic Suty trait, Uncle John embraced this challenge and left a legacy of stories for all of us to remember. Rest in peace, Uncle John. Love, Theresa Kollmer & Family

Uncle John was the first Suty in our immediate lineage to come to this country. He found work and a home for his parents and siblings so that they could make as seamless a transition as possible when leaving their homeland behind. Thank you, Uncle John, for all that you provided us. None of us would be here without all your efforts. May God bless you.

Uncle John, God bless, you will be deeply missed.

Uncle John, We all loved listening to you speak of your life stories and sharing them with us. We will miss you.
Love,
Lydia

During family gatherings, I made it my business to talk to Uncle John because of his life stories. The stories were real and exciting as I grew up. I looked up to him and could not wait until the next family gathering where new stories (and his views on life) meant so much to me. Uncle John, you will be missed.

Uncle John was a kind and generous man. We loved listening his stories, especially his war stories-he was a great story teller. He will be missed. May God Bless. Jane & Mike (niece)
