John Swallow

As an ex Stalwart of Finchfield, I was saddened to hear of Johns' Death. I had many a happy hour over a pint with him and Old Shef in the Westacre; What a Character!!
It's a great pity he didn't make the 'big-time' like many of his old ATV colleagues. A most funny and humerous man; It's a great pity that the world is not enriched by a few more 'Jonny Swallows'. A true Gentleman and a 'Gentle - Man'.
My sympathy and condolences go to all his family: He will be sadly missed by so many.
