I have known John for as long as I can remember. We met at Immanuel Lutheran Church as children. John was the sweetest guy a girl could knowWe participated in many activities. John took me to our 40th class reunion. One Sunday at church, my daughter (Sumer) sat in John´s seat. I encouraged her to move because that was John´s seat. Sumer told me that John would sit in her lap. I said "NO WAY!." Sure enough, when he returned from taking communion he sat squarely on her lap! I was shocked! We...

John and I went to Sentinel High School together. He was a very kind and thoughtful and well liked by everyone. Years later, he was my mother´s mailman and went above and beyond in his job. He always had a smile and a dog treat for her dog. Rest in peace. My sincere condolences to his family.

John, you will be sincerely missed. You took the best care of your customers. You had the biggest heart and a true soft spot for our four-legged friends. I know you have a lot of tail waggers greeting you over Rainbow Bridge and welcoming you home. Rest in Peace, friend.

You'll be remembered by so many as a kind, gentle person. May you rest high on that mountain, John.

Thank you for all the kindness you have shown to your neighbors. I'll remember you walking your dog and getting mail for the bakkers. RIP John, you will be missed!
