Good times

As I sit and remember you, my face stings as the flood of tears are brought to the surface. I think of times spent, and some moments that only you and I shared.

~mom packing lunches and heading to the mountains to cut wood for winter.
~watching you in all your glory as you finished the 'house that Jack built', toolbelt around your waist and cigarette in hand.
~cutting down the perfect christmas tree
~teaching me to shoot a rifle in Granby on a camping trip

Dana and Family,

I do want to honor you by saying how proud we are of you and your strong family ties as a Husband, Father, Son, Son-in-law, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle,...

“RETTA”

“Retta” that’s what we call you
For your name is confusing to say
But there is nothing that is confusing
About all the love you’ve passed our way

Yes we love you Retta
This whole family that you’ve endeared
Your jokes have brought us so much laughter
Yes, you have given us such great cheer

I just wanted to tell you
That I, Jim Hunter love you so
From the first time I...
