I worked with John at the Lunenburg Public Schools. He was a gentleman who was a Gentle Man. Sincerity towards students and their learning stood out as John's goal.

I saw John almost 5 years ago as he set up the Lion's tent with Dennis St Jean for the St. Bernard's Class of '67 's 45th reunion. It was interesting to learn of his continued support for education and the teaching profession through his work in professional organizations.

Your loved one will always be a part of our country's story. As such, their sacrifice on behalf of our nation will always be honored.

John and I began our teaching careers in Lunenburg on the same day, and were colleagues for thirty four yearicrs. We also umpired girls softball games together. He was a beloved math theacer, and a reliable friend. He was part of the very fabric of Lunenburg High School, and I miss him dearly.

Hon. Dennis Brennan extends his deepest condolences to the family in this time of loss. He was a loyal and hard working member of Lions District 33A.
