I was always intrigued and fascinated by his visits - - much more so than the piano lessons themselves. I'm sure there are countless numbers of Ann Arborites that have this same fond recollection. Grampy John-
It was wonderful meeting you at Emily's and my wedding. I wish we had more time for me to get to know you, as Emily has such wonderful stories of her childhood spending time with her "grampy". Words said at a funeral or written in a guestbook are too late for the person they are about, but if you could read and hear all that has been and will be said about you this weekend, you will know how much you will truly be missed.
