Not sure what to say?

John was my best friend. A great husband and the most wonderful father to our baby Salma.John was a great guy to hang out with: he loved Music, Arts,Sports , movies and mostly his comic books.
His kindness is endless and his heart is so big even after his passing, I can feel his spirit around us. What a great guy and what a huge loss!

Our heart goes out to John's beautiful family, Samah and Salma. I was a student of Samah's and became her friend. Her husband's kindness towards me and my family was very touching and I am so happy that the days he passed with Samah were so full of joy. I hope that the wonderful memories of Samah has of him enjoying Europe and Morocco, supporting her as aloving husband and giving birth to a beautiful baby girl are a comfort to her throughout the days ahead. We will be here for you....

I first met John in college, years ago....

More recently I had the pleasure of spending time with him in Boston while he was undergoing treatment for the disease.

John's attitude was amazing! It was as if the cancer was merely a nuisance. Clearly, his focus was on his wife and new daughter. I know they were his joy and passion. My condolences to them, the rest of his beloved family and all the friends who will miss him so much. I am thankful for the opportunity to have known...

I will miss John. He was my friend, with the odd and quirky sense of humor, who loved graphic novels and film noir, and who collected a wide assortment of toys and figurines. It was always a delight to visit his office or go to his home. He broaden my awareness and appreciation of the "non-mainstream" items that gave life a little more meaning (and a lot more interest). His generousity was boundless and he never complained about what life served up to him. I will miss him deeply.

My most sincere sympathies and condolences, to the family of, John Emanuel Thomas. Eonia tou i Mnimi.

John was one of my closest friends since our days at Boston University. We shared many fun adventures, taking road trips and attending concerts. I owe my love of cult movies to John. He had a cynical, sarcastic sense of humor that always made me laugh. Underneath was a warm, caring person who would go out of his way to see me, whether it meant driving to Enfield or Ohio.

Beth and I will never forget the wonderful wedding of John and Sam. I'm glad that I got to visit last fall with...

My most sincere sympathis and condolences.
