Not sure what to say?

We miss John and think of his kindness often. He was a wonderful friend and a great doctor. We are thankful to have known John. Lynn and Leslie Whitehouse

I think about Dr. Thomas a lot. As my god father I miss him dearly and wish I had been able to spend more time with him in the end...

Dr John Thomas was a very very nice person. He was always extremely kind/generous/ and accepting towards me when I had the pleasure of knowing him in the early 1980s.

Dear Lynette, I was so sorry to read about John. He certainly had a remarkable life although his greatest accomplishment was his lovely family. It should bring comfort to know that Kathy was there to greet him with open arms. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time. John will be greatly missed. Our deepest condolences. Lori and Chuck

John was a teacher, mentor, peer and friend to all of us in the pediatric dental department at OHSU. His legacy is seen daily in the caring attitudes he instilled in those he taught. The grins and the laughter will be missed, but his legacy remains.

It was such a pleasure to know John. I first met him over 10 years ago in the early days of his Parkinson's and saw him regularly until I retired nearly two years ago. I loved hearing about his annual fishing trips to Alaska and he often shared some of his salmon with me. He was a man of great dignity and remarkable good humor. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dr. John Thomas was a true gentleman and a good friend to our family and all who knew him. We miss him very much. Our sympathy goes out to his family and friends.

John will be missed by all who knew him.
Deepest sympathy to his family. He is at peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are continuing for all of you. We have such special memories of you and John and the wonderful, though short, family time we were able to share.
