John George "Jack" Thompson

Now at age 81, I remember attending Jacks High school graduation, Jack was the son of my Dad's brother, who was my Uncle John. Having attained a PHD, in many ways he was the pride of the family. Fred Thompson

I remember Jack as the loving, kind, and thoughtful husband of my wonderful friend Suzi. Let's remember the smiles, cherish the moments, and find comfort in the memories.

Jack's dedication to Muskegon Community College and the Muskegon community will live on in the contributions he made, the institutions he served, and the lives that he touched.

I worked for Jack at CS Mott CC and at Musekgon CC. He was a true believer in the value of a community college system. His contributions to the college and city were well known and he was admired and honored by many. His legacy will live on in the lives of students who will benefit from his work and contributions to the college and community.

A truly gentle man. His long journey is finally over. Our thoughts and prayers for peace are with the family. Our love to you all.
