My deepest sympathy to the family. Toby was my mentor and a friend. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He certainly was a man I looked up to and I learned a lot from him. He is the reason I stayed on the same route for over 25 years. He taught me that the people we served were our extended family not just customers. Rest in peace, Toby.
