My sincere condolences to the family of Jack Townsend. Jack was a man of great insight, knowledge and ability. He provided me with
guidance and direction on numerous occasions at the C.P.D. I will always be grateful for having the opportunity to work and interact with him.

All our thoughts and prayers are with the Townsend family during your time of loss. As Police Officers my wife and I are truly going to miss his guidance and leadership that he provided during his long and storied career. God Bless a truly great man.
