To Caroline and all of John's family, I am so sorry to hear about John. You and he were our first Beaufort friends and how much Bruce and I enjoyed our years on Distant island and in Beaufort. You were always so welcoming and friendly to Doug also. So many beautiful memories at Orange Grove, and I will always treasure our friendship. My condolences to Caroline Trask families and loved ones near and away. I´ll always remember meeting a sharp well groomed and gracious man. When I met John, he asked if I could cut his hair. I agreed and shortly after we stepped out on the porch to cut his hair.
