Read MoreWe can learn many lessons from a man like John who had a gentle spirit, a regard for others, and an appreciation for the enjoyment of living in the moment. I knew him through the stained glass crew who assembled around donuts on Sat. mornings at Dragon's place. He was a skilled craftsperson and a kind and humble human being. I wish I would have seen him do the 2-step--although he is probably doing now.

I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. I used to work with John at 3M (long time ago) and he was a very fun person, full of life. He had a very good sense of humor. My condolences to his family.
