Not sure what to say?

With fond memories of Mr. Turner's marvelous English Literature classes and guidance during the Cluster College Program at Humboldt State University in the mid 1970s. May this dear soul rest in peace.

So long my teacher and my dear friend! You did more for me than I could have ever deserved. The generosity of your heart never had any limits and it touched so many lives including mine in such a profound way! You will be dearly missed!

So long my friend, We met when we were both cast in a play together at Carleton College, and we were in several plays together

Dr. Turner was a funny and brilliant man. He accepted my application to the English Masters program 25 years ago, an experience that changed my life. For that I will be always grateful to him. I wish I oculd have taken a course from him but was honored to be in his presence.

I will miss your intriguing little stories on Facebook. I will miss you. Now I will have to find interesting little stories to read on my own. You made wonderful choices. Condolences to your family and friends.

His Hamlet seminar in the early seventies was an unforgettable educational experience.
