I can’t go with out sending my condolences to the family of John Tuscany. I was so sad to hear that he was ill, than now of his passing. Sadly I did not make the funeral.

It’s been years since I met the man, going back to my “FRSB” banking days... but his love for Yuba City made a difference to me and others. John W.
