Not sure what to say?

Mother Tyree, Nadine and family...I saw the notice on today and immediately signed this book. It was with great honor to have met, known, and reported on the great works of Pastor Tyree in the Journal newspaper for so many years. Truly a man of God, I know that, "to live in Christ...to die is gain." Pastor was loved and is smiling on us all. God bless you all and my prayers are with you.

Bishop Tyree will surely be missed. Sis. Tyree you and your family are in my prayers during your time of sorrow.

I will truly miss you. You were truly a great uncle. I will always cherish the memories i have as a child, the values that you instilled in me, how you use to always say i look like you (our heads). I will always remember your big smile. You are the epitome of a great man, a great father, a great uncle, etc....

The unity of your family indicates the greatness you held as a man.

I know you are at peace. Love always, your neice, Peggy.

I didn't know Bishop Tyree personally, but I knew of him through his grand-daughter Nicole Hall. He physically will not be here, but his spirit will forever live on. God Bless.

Love,

To behold the Beauty of the Lord is God's most awesome gift. Since God Called home my Father (your Brother) James, you have never passed an opportunity to bring comfort to me and my family during a crisis. I know you always had in the past but after my Fathers' death it became more apparent. You have on many occasions been a blessing to me and even though I'll miss you, I rejoice knowing you're in the presence of God. Thank you,
Your loving Nephew, James Edward Tyree, Jr.

Bishop Tyree will be missed by me and my family. My parents always said that he was a wonderful man. My mom said that he was the 3rd person to hold me when I came into this world. Love always and we will see you again.
