I lost my Father 4 years ago, so I can say that the sting of pain last just a season; but the loss will remain. You will think of all the good times and just how much you loved him and he loved you. I am sad to hear of the passing of my friend Mr Ureckis. As a kid growing up across the street from him, he was the adult on the block that would talk to you like you were a person, not a kid. If your football or baseball would go on his lawn he wouldn't yell at you but throw it back and tell you a story about when he was young. As I grew into a teenager he was the guy you could talk to about things you were embarrassed to talk to your dad or friends about. He'd always listen and never laugh...
