VAUGHN, John S. - Of Flint, age 59, passed away Friday, January 29, 2006 after a long illness at his residence. Funeral service was held 2PM today.
It has been years since I have seen John. I met him in 1975 when my Aunt Fran married Don Rose. You will be missed John and my prayers go out to your family from The Benda's

John will be GREATLY missed by those of us "on the block". It will be the saddest in the summer months when there is no John so say, "Good Morning" and "Good Night" to the neighborhood or to line the kids up and buy them ice cream. He was always willing to help . . . and he could always be counted on to keep an eye on things. Once again . . . he will be missed by MANY.
