Glorious hope!

Clay and I love "Uncle John" and look forward to seeing him again in heaven. He is such a dear person to us and was a giant in my young life. We grieve with the family and feel such a sense of loss, along with many tears, but thank God -- We do have an amazing hope in Jesus Christ. God bless!

Andy, So sorry for you and your family's loss. We send our prayers

A small quote from the Aviatior's Poem, High Flight:

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth and danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings, put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

John Verkler was a proud member of the United States Air Force and an honored member of American Legion Post 2.

He will always be remembered as one of us."
