Not sure what to say?

Dear Cindy,

I read about John in the Herald.
I will always remember both of you
and how much you both meant to my
dad. I will also never forget all
your kindness when I lost my dad.
I hope that good memories will
comfort you during the days ahead.
With my deepest sympathy.

Hello,

My parents, Einar and Helen Free, sold their farm in Plato Center to Jack's mother, Florence, in 1972. We have appreciated learning to know the family over the years. My parents, my friend Dave from California, and I all attended Florence's 90th birthday party at the farm and enjoyed seeing how beautifully she had remodeled the house.

Last year Frank died just one week before Dave and I were to be married. We attended the visitation with Lynn and Betty...

Jack and I met at a party in 1953 when we were 14 years old in our freshman year at MTHS. We became great friends through high school, and tried a date once after we were out of school a few years........but it was a disaster because we were just great friends and nothing more.

We had dinner in Chicago in the late 70's when I was there on business (living in Dallas at the time). He, Phyllis, a mutual friend Betty Mikelson who worked for him, and my boyfriend at the time. We...

Jack was someone I looked up to growing up working at the Courtyard. Him and his brother were like family to me. He is now with his mother and brother...I hope they are all at peace now. God Bless all the family and friends......Jack was "the man".

I only knew John as a Courtyard customer. He was a delightful and kind person. I always felt uplifted when I left. I feel blessed to have known him.

My heartfelt sympathies to the Vinci family on Jack's death. I knew Jack for 33 years and shared many happy family gatherings with him and Phyllis. Jack now joins his much loved mother, Florence, and brother, Frank. May God's tender hand surround the Vinci family with love.
