Not sure what to say?

Marcia, Liz and Hannah-
All hopes and sympathy go out to you wonderful girls! I am here for whatever need you all are searching for. I am only a phone call away, if not closer! John was a funny man-saved me from the monsters at the haunted houses and cracked me up with his music in the expedition, it embarrasses Liz something fierce! We love John and are thankful he is in a Better Place now! With all my Prayers going out to such strong survivors-

Marcia, Elizabeth and Hannah, We so wish we were closer to you at this time. John has given us many wonderful memories to hold on to. He was a great friend, coach, husband and father. We all need to pick up where he left off. We are so glad to know that we will one day see him again in Heaven! Please know we are only a phone call away and will see you very soon. We love you!

MY HUSBAND & I HAVE NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET YOU, MARCIA,BUT WE DID GET TO MEET YOUR LOVELY DAUGHTERS OVER THE WEEKEND WHEN THEY CAME WITH OUR DAUGHTER NINA. WE WILL KEEP YOU & YOUR FAMILY IN OUR PRAYERS & THOUGHTS & AS WE TOLD YOUR DAUGHTERS PLEASE CALL IF YOU NEED SOMETHING OR IF THE GIRLS CAN COME OVER ANY TIME. HE MUST OF BEEN ONE OF THE GREATEST FATHERS & HUSBANDS READING THE STORIES. PLEASE KEEP YOUR FAITH IN GOD & HE WILL HOLD YOUR HANDS & COMFORT YOU ALL WHENEVER YOU CALL FOR...

Marcia, Elizabeth, and Hannah - John was truly a man of conviction and our KCP&L family is mourning with you. He was always speaking of his beautiful wife and wonderful girls. He will be missed!

Marcia,
I was saddened when my mother told me about what happened. I know that John was a great guy because I always enjoyed being around him. He will be missed alot & keep your chin up. I'll talk to you later.
Love, Rip

Marcia and family:

We are so very sorry for your loss. Since I've know Paula, she has always had such wonderful stories about John's generosity and selflessness that I am sad to say I never met him. Take comfort in how he touched other people's lives. God Bless you and your girls.

Jennifer, Dan, Abby and Elise Hinrichs (friends of the George's)
