Not sure what to say?

Please accept my condolences on the passing of John. John was a tremendous teammate and friend during the many opportunities I had to play with him at Holy Name, SMU and many other venues. I will always remember him as a tenacious competitor and a man of many talents.

To John's family and friends:
I send my heartfelt wishes of caring to you all. I was John's publicity person here at Hampton Roads Publishing Comapny, and I spoke by phone to John many times, but he never told me has was seriously ill. I'm so sorry about his passing. I'm sorry he was ever in pain, as well.
He wrote an inspiring and interesting book which will continue to intrigue people about life after death. We had many requests for John to speak about his book on the radio,...

I am very sorry to learn of your loss, please accept my deepest sympathy.

Our condolences to the family on your loss.

Though I only had the opportunity to share a few correspondences with John, I did have the opportunity to work on his book. I truly enjoyed this and felt it an honor share in his experience to bringing it alive. Many blessings to you and your family.

We at Hampton Roads just learned of John's death, and were very sorry to hear it. Though we hadn't met him, we regarded his book as a valuable contribution to modern thought, and I hope it will have an impact that will long persist.

Best wishes,

Frank DeMarco
