Not sure what to say?

Rick John
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy- Although I couldn't be there to support you and your family in person, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Aunt Annie & the Volk family Cousins My prayers are with you - I am sure Uncle Johnnie is rejoycing with the angels and laughing that special laugh. Even though it has been too many years since I have seen him (and all of you) I will always remember how genuinely caring he was and welcoming to everyone. Kathy Carson

Aunt Annie and Family,

My brother, Brad and I had great memories of Uncle Johnnie. My mom would take us to visit him and Aunt Annie. He would take us out on the dock in front of his house and fish with us. I think it was catfish we caught. He was such a great man and we were always excited to go to their house. Even as we grew up and married etc.. I saw him come into the...

Joe, Beth, Merrily & all family,
Probably last saw your father at a baseball game. Will miss this sweet man. You have our condolences!

Rick and Joe,
So sorry to learn about your fathers passing, you have our sympathies. I can only imagine Hank and John are exchanging stories as we grieve.
Sincerely,
Ray and Lorna Miller

Coming from the Volk family neighborhood (the Banks), Johnnie Volk was a bit of a legend...he was a huge personality and a man of great integrity...my heart and prayers are with you,

Our hearts and prayers go out to the Volk family, John was a great guy, and he will be missed by many friends and family

I was sad to hear of John's passing. My heart goes out the family and to Rick Jon who was a dear friend and classmate at WCC. May John rest in peace.

My sympathy to Ann and the entire family who loved John. John was such a special man and a special friend to all of us who volunteered with him. I'm guessing that John was met at the gates of heaven by a chorus of angels who appreciated his dedication to life while on earth. Rest in peace, our dear friend.
