Not sure what to say?

Tim, Tracey, Steve, Melissa and kids. It's bad enough to lose John, and then to lose Grandpa a week later. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

God's peace be with you as you adjust to the loss of John. We miss him because we loved him. We cherish the memories. I am blessed because I called him friend.

To the Volk family:
I was very sorry to read about the passing of John. He and I played fastpitch together and he was a very good hitter and a nice man. He drilled a ball up the alley one time in the 1979 ASA National tournament that made a star out of the center-fielder from California, Guanella Bros. We were just talking about John at the Hall of Fame banquet in Midland two weeks ago. No one there knew that John was ill. John was a fierce competitor. Sorry to hear of your loss. ...

My prayers go out to all of you today for the loss of John and my heart feels the sadness you have felt in the resent past.may our god place his heeling hands apon you and help you thru this and bring you a better tomarrow and peace in your life.
