I am still in shock. I only met John a few weeks ago, but I immediately connected with him. Having been in a similar transportation business for many years, I spoke a similar language. He was immediately likeable and trustworthy. I was impressed with his 'can-do' attitude and appropriate follow-through. I can see my husband as he said "requesting permission to board your ship" when coming onto John's trailer...and understanding the importance of the leadership he had on the job.
