Not sure what to say?

Betty - I was saddened upon learning of John's passing. John and I shared many "work related" stories of our law enforcement careers. In my early years, I had hoped to become a MSP trooper, but I couldn't meet the 5'10" requirement; thus I ended up in the USSS. John was a great guy, and I will really miss him (as we will definitely miss you, Betty; our esteemed church organist!).

Hey dad! You will be forever missed. NEVER forgotten. God is great! Sing high on that mountain! The best role model our family could ask for, as well as your community! We/they all loved you. You loved unconditionally. You were/are EVERYONES hero!

I wish that I would have had a chance to know this gentle man better. All I know is he raised a fine son, John Jr, who is a great husband for my sister, Mary Lou. I hope he enjoys eternal peace.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

So Sorry to hear this ,Betty,I do have his Cookie Recipe and am Honored to Have It!

Father, teacher, mentor, guidence counsler, coach, cornerstone, camping buddy, instructor, friend, family. From him I learned selflessness, courage and a passion for being of service to others. His patience and understanding in times of crisis knew no bounds. I can only hope I made him proud, for I know I was proud of him. I love you Dad, thank you for everything. I will see you at the family reunion.
