John was born on August 2, 1953 and passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017. John was a resident of Morton, Illinois at the time of passing. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Morton Public Library, or to Morton Community Bank in care of the grandchildren's educational fund.

Our deepest heartfelt sympathy to John's family & loved ones. Also to his thousands of friends & accquainces. I have known John for over 40 years. It was good to work with him as well as deal with him. I have bought numerous vehicles from him since he started at Dennison's. John was one super man, & it was a privilege to have known him.

I don't usually add a message for almost perfect strangers, but John was the salesman who sold our daughter her very first car, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We left feeling like he had treated her as he'd treat his own daughter. He was her ONLY choice of car salesmen when she was ready to upgrade, and he always recognized and greeted her whenever she was having oil changes, etc. He will truly be missed I'm sure by all who knew and met him.
