Not sure what to say?

My brother, my hero, always in my heart.

Rest in peace John. Our birthday won't be the same without you. Say hi to dad for me. My thoughts go out to the rest of the family.

So very sad to hear this news. I knew John from attending Bridge Committee meetings in Granby. He was a true professional, but always had a good sense of humor as well. Granby will miss him. My sincerest condolences to his entire family.

John was a wonderful teammate and friend. After all these years I can still hear his quiet, friendly voice, and sense his love for being an ELHS Spartan football player. Condolences to all of the Wards, extended family, and to you Cathy.

As Granby residents, we met John for the 1st time last year and were struck by his kindness, intelligence and good humor. He was a great listener and story-teller and we shared a love of history. We had been looking forward to getting to know him better. We wish to send our condolences to his family. John will be greatly missed.

Another life gone too soon. Its been 40 years since graduating with John, but I remember him as though it was last year. To Johns family, my deepest condolences. RIP John

As difficult as it is for family and friends, especially the children, to deal with the passing of a young man--imagine.......Bill, Mary, Pat and John together again. They all must be thrilled. Can you see it? Pitch, wiffle ball, bocce, newspapers, books, martinis, beer, butts, Red Sox, Patriots, politics, 4th of July picnics, St. Patrick's Day parades, lively discussions, middle fingers and strong disagreements sprinkled with lots of laughter. With Bill giving out check marks to all. ...

John was one of the best of our class and leaves many special memories. Sending prayers and strength

Condolences, thou you're time here on Earth is done, please know you made an impression on without even trying. May you be in peace our Friend.
