Not sure what to say?

I have many memories of Uncle"Bud".
One that standouts was his ability to beat me (a then teenage girl) at chess in only 3 moves. He definitely got my attention with that.
In more recent years I had taken him and my parents out shopping and he claimed me personally to help him in the store and I had to keep an eye out for where my own parents (Ruth, his sister and Pearl Zimmer) were riding all over the store in their scooters too. They were all having a blast. He kept wanting to know...

I will always remember his guitar playing and his love for flying. He is now at peace.

Indeed the world is less colorful at the loss of my Uncle Bud. His guitar playing, storytelling ways are a part of my early childhood memories. My mother's love for her big brother is reflected in her continued sense of humor even during the toughest of times. Bud lives strongly in our own family history. He will be missed.

Although we were never really close-it gives me peace to know that you are now in heaven with my dad, Rick. Someday we will all be together again and be a family as it was suppose to be.
Love,
Steffany Redfern (Warner)

I pray for peace in his rest as his family and friends rejoice in a life well lived.
blessings and peace
