I unfortunatly didn't have the opportunity to get to know you as well as I wish I had but, I did get to meet you twice since being reunited with Rhoda and Jamie. I can honestly say without a question in my mind that you were one unique, caring, and strong man. My only regret is not knowing my Great Grandfather the way everyone else did.....I will however, cherish what I memories I do have and miss the ones we never had the chance to make. A good man has gone home!

Grandpa I have a memory for you, I remember when I was little I was always loosing one mitten or another. You fixed that for me with the help of grandma I found a newley knitted pair of blue mittens tucked into my pocket when I was leaving from a visit with you. Boy was I suprised, they were soft and blue and they had a strap knitted right into the wrist of each glove to hold them together the strap would rest around my shoulders and threaded through my sleaves of my jacket. My father was a caring, loving man who cared most about his family. He could be an analytical engineer on one hand and a caring grandfather on the other. Dad will probably be best known for how passionately he took on every hobby or interest.
