John Marshall Weekes

So sorry to hear of the loss of John. I enjoyed many years working together, but lost touch. I was googling him now that I'm back in Oregon, to see if we could get together. We were close in age and had daughters the same age. What a wonderful, kind and brilliant person.

We just learned of this sad news. I had the incredible good fortune to work with John on multiple projects as a colleague for about a 20 year period. We enjoyed and respected each other. I attended the memorial service for his wife. He attended my wedding 20 years ago tomorrow. In fact, it was my wife commenting tonight on the wind chimes he gave us that caused me to look him up and learn about his loss. As a child, John's family lived next door to my house. I remember a picture of us in high chairs in his kitchen or dining room. I believe he was in my homeroom in high school. So sorry for this loss.
