John was an Usher in our wedding in Phila. Dec. 31st, 1955. He and my husband were good friends along with other pastors of the E & R church. I went out with him years ago but I married the love of my life and he his with Eleanor. I talked with him in early Jan. and he was hoping to make it to 100. A wonderful pastor indeed. Nancy Beckmann

Rest Eternal grant to your servant, John, O Lord! It was my privilege to know and work ecumenically with him as the pastor of Christ Lutheran @ 11th & Ferry Streets, Easton in late 1960's and early 1970's. My sympathy to his family! His was a life "well lived!"
