To The Welsh Family:
Please accept my condolences on the passing of Jack. I remember him in so many ways as I was growing up. He was our mailman on Tyler Street, the sweet neighbor around the corner, and that great personality on the parade float! Whenever you saw him he had a great big smile on his face. It was evident that there was always a song in his heart. He was a really great guy. He will be missed by many.

We'll miss you, Jack! Rest in Peace. Mike McNulty
