I was fortunate enough to meet John through the MSU Rebounders Club. I never really got to know who John was, so I appreciate the obituary that has introduced him to me. I am a huge fan of agriculture and wish I had known more about his farming life when he attended the luncheons and we could have shared some fun stories. I truly believe farmers are some of the best people put on this earth and his passion for the farm was very touching. I wish his family peace and comfort in the loss of John...

I worked in the county building and grounds department..when I needed to purchase something for the department I went to purchasing to see John and he helped me get it..John was a big help to me...I really appreciated his help...
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family

Marsha, Patty, Judy and Jackie; so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I always saw him as a pillar of our farming community. My mom and dad always spoke so highly of him, especially the night that OUR barn burned down and how he and the other neighbors helped to round up the cows. My husband Bob spent some time with your dad the last few years talking about license plates. He will be terribly missed.
