It´s hard to put into words what it means to lose someone who carried so much in silence. John was more than a friend-he was sharp, thoughtful, and had a way of noticing things others overlooked. We shared some deeply honest moments, and I´ll always be grateful for that trust. Some souls move through life quietly, leaving behind echoes in the hearts of those who noticed. John was one of those souls. May he finally be wrapped in the peace this world made so hard to find. My thoughts & Prayers...

My heartfelt condolences to the Westbrook family. I worked with John for a number of years and highly respected him. Just a year ago, I met him for lunch and caught up on life. He seemed happy and the way he talked, genuinely enjoyed his technical teaching career. He's one of those persons you meet in life that you never forget. Prayers for your family.

Can't believe that you are gone man I sure wish I could have said goodbye, but I know there's plenty of folks feeling that same way. You have touched so many and are incredibly missed. I know I will miss our conversations and look back fondly on all the fun we had growing up. Rest in peace cousin.
