Not sure what to say?

Jen and kids,

My heart aches for you daily. I pray that God blankets you with comfort and that when you cry out to Him, He will provide what you need to get through. John will be sorely missed...but never forgotten. I can still see his warm smile and hear his enthusiastic laughter. He was a go-getter for sure. I was impressed by how he knew handy stuff (like all the renovations you guys did on your Naperville house) and I loved the stories of how he'd show up with something new...

Dear Jenny,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. We didn't know John well, but we know he was a lucky man to have such a wonderful family. Take care of yourself and remember that the love you shared will live in your heart forever. Love, Susan, Eric, Katie, Sara and Lucy Caponi

Dear Jenny,
I will never forget your happiness when you first fell in love with John. Stories of the two of you camping, on various types of boats and other outdoor activities are what I remember most. Something funny and exciting always happened on those trips. I also treasure the few times we spent with John at the lake house. He was so patient with our boys who had never tried water-skiing or tubing. He helped to create unforgetable memories for them. I will also remember his...

Dear Jenny, Joe, Emily, Ben, and Abby: We returned home late Monday from visiting our daughter to hear the horrible news. You have been close in our thoughts ever since. While words seem inadequate right now, please know our prayers are with you asking that all who loved John may feel God's comfort and peace.

Dear Jen:

I was deeply saddened to learn of John's untimely passing. John was my relationship partner at PwC, and a source of great insight into the firm and its workings. I was greatly inspired by his intensity and honesty. He will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family.
