Jim (AKA Woody) and I have very fond memories of spending unlimited fun-filled weekends with John and Mary and the Verity family. We always had plentiful bounty from John's garden. served as snacks, soups etc. Always great food, great times and Great Friends. RIP John.

John carefully pulled the clapboard off the back of our house exposing a massive honeybee nest, then moved the hive to a scaffolding he prepared. We were amazed at the care he gave this project, tho on day 3 the wild bees swarmed off with a massive buzz. John was our hero!
