I was very sorry to hear of the death of Jack. I knew him from when I worked at Penndot. He was a nice person and nice to work for. I always enjoyed talking with him. I met him out at the East Mall after I retired and we had a nice chat that was years ago. I will always think of him as a kind person who cared about the employees of PennDot. God bless him.
