I remember Dr. Wiese as the extraordinarily kind physician who visited us when were sick as children. His black bag, filled with shiny medical utensils, glass bottles of medicines, and bandages of all shapes and sizes was a real fascination to my young eyes. But what I remember best was his warm, calming demeanor - and his ability as a pediatrician has to be mentioned to. After all, with his help I always got better!
