John was an all around guy. I meant John in my first year at what was called CCFL . We had a good time . He was always taking care of other people and always gave you a smile. RIP John y I u will always be remembered. Till we me again brother. He was always proud of his family.

A solid heart of gold. A true role model, friend and coach. RIP my friend.

To the entire Wilbur family,
The shock of John's passing effected multitudes of people who he touched in numerous ways. His absence will leave a hole that will be difficult to fill. Be comforted by the breadth of his positive influence and the memories he left you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have worked with John through coaching and at Midlakes as he helped students succeed in the classroom and on the court or field. He was a true inspiration to the lives he touched. He will missed.
