John Stephen Wilburn

Hermitage - John Stephen Wilburn, of Hermitage, Tennessee, passed away quietly in his sleep on Sunday, July 1, 2018. He was 84 years old. John leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years, Judy Stidham Wilburn, and three children: Steve and wife Pat of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Sherri Noland and husband Joe of Campbellsville, Kentucky; and Cindy Love and husband Richard of Gainesville, Georgia. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Stephen Royal Wilburn, mother Zora Lucille Wilburn, and sister Nancy Cormode; The family will receive family and friends during visitation at Presley's Funeral Home, 695 Buffalo Valley Rd., Cookeville, Tennessee from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 5th. Services will be held on Friday, July 5 at 10:30 a.m. with burial to follow at the Cookeville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made in his memory to the Nashville Humane Society
