Not sure what to say?

In rememberance of Coach Wilford I say to the Wilford family "trust in God; He will take care of you." My prayers will be with you all. Continue to cherish all the fond memories shared together.

To my dear church sister. I was sadden when I learned of the passing of your husband,Coach Wilford. I refer to him always as "Coach Wilford." Even when he became Trustee Wilford I still called him Coach Wilford. He gave my childen during their attendance at Burke High championship style basketball. He brought distinction and class. To the Wilford Family,
May God continue to give you the comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Mr. Wilford was our guidance counselor at Baptist Hill High in Hollywood, SC. He was a great man who possessed wisdom and was dedicated to his work. I saw him months ago and he was the same sweet and humble person that I remembered in school. Be blessed and know that God knows best. Baptist Hill High Class of 1998

Dear Gloria,

May it comfort you to know that warm thoughts of sympathy are with you and your family at this time of sorrow. Remember that Jesus said "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." A wonderful promise to know he is in a better place.
He was an inspiration, coach and mentor for my two sons, Patrick and Roderick during their high school days at Wilson High in Florence,SC of which I will always be...
