As a jersey city boy scout myself jay was a legend especially his Indian hoop dance, later had the pleasure of working with him at rock hill boy scout camp, he took me under his wing and taught me alot and helped me achieve eagle scout. I looked forward to every summer even when he went to college he came back and brought some of his college buddies to work with us, (rick, Scott and dave) i still remember the fun times we had and always will.
