My condolences to the Wilson family on John's passing. I had the pleasure and privilege of knowing John since the early 1970's ,through my work as an assistant prosecutor in Ann Arbor and later when I was the Prosecutor in Emmet County. When I came to work at the U.S. Attorneys Office in Grand Rapids, we renewed our acquaintance and were frequent lunch companions.
