Send FlowersWINSTON, Mr. John J. IV "L J," born in Richmond, Va., entered into eternal rest on August 14, 2011. He leaves to cherish his memory two children, Zahnae and John Winston V; parents, John III and Zina; sister, Tierra McQuinn (Candis); grandparents, Doris Williams and Fletcher Taylor (Helen), Venna and John Winston Jr.; and a host of aunts and uncles; his fiancee, Whitley Whittaker; a host of other relatives and friends; a devoted cousin, Gregory Matthews "Pooh"; godmother, Charlayne Paige-Green (Boyce). Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where the family will receive friends Friday (today), from 6 to 7 p.m. Remains will lie in state Saturday, 10 a.m., at St. Paul's Baptist Church (South), 700 E. Belt Blvd., where homegoing services will be held at 11 a.m. Rev. Lance D. Watson Sr., pastor. Rev. Gail Jones officiating. Eulogy by Rev. Antoine Brown, assistant pastor of United House of Prayer of All People. Burial Oakwood Cemetery.

Yesterday and Today I missed you more than ever. I'm sure there will be more days like this.
